Over 5 sessions participants will learn to make key recipes that cover every meal; from breakfast and sides to lunch and dinner. Taught by professional food trainers via a live interactive video chat, participants will learn knife skills and techniques
to make it simpler and quicker to cook delicious meals on a budget.
Participants will learn how to bring the best flavours out of fresh
ingredients and how-to meal plan on a budget, so your food goes
further.
The course is broken down
into 5 sessions with the
following themes:
Session 1 - Intro to cooking
Session 2 - Simple pasta for the whole family
Session 3 - Batch cooking with delicious chilli
Session 4 - Pantry staples with homemade pizza
Session 5 - Wholesome Home Meals with hearty soup

Our online course is open to absolutely anybody that wants to be involved. If you wish to participate and cook along, we do advise that participants be over the age of 12 in order to keep up with the recipe.
Our program is ideal for beginners and intermediate cooks, but even experienced cooks come away with new skills, techniques and knowledge. Recordings of each session are available to attendees after each class to refresh their skills until the next wonderful cook along session.
What do i Need?
For our online program you’ll need a device such as a laptop (recommended), tablet/iPad, or smartphone in order to view each live online session.
It is easy to join in – all you need is a kitchen, basic cooking utensils, everyday ingredients (we will provide you with a full ingredient & recipe list) & a hunger to learn how to cook some of Jamie’s popular recipes.
Additional Details
Our online program runs 5 x 60 minute sessions, and can either run over 1 week or over a month.
Please note that currently there is no student or concession discount.
